This is one of the “uncertain issues that arises in the pre-planning stages. I realize that dinner at a reception hall probably comes with a hefty price tag and you are already paying us a good amount for our services as you watch the costs of your wedding soar!
Photographing a wedding is a long strenuous day’s work and we are very appreciative when offered a regular meal. Typically a wedding party reserves a seat for both the photographer and the assistant at a regular table close to an outlet so that we can work on our laptop. We eat quickly, but have no problems fitting it in.
We offer unbeatable, top quality, cutting edge service for a very reasonable price. In my experience it is easiest and most efficient for us to eat with the rest of the party. We don’t want this to create any kind of “issue” with us. Just let us know what you decide and nothing else will be said! Thanks!

How do I book our wedding?
We will need a deposit to seal your date and eventually a contract... we prefer to meet in person but phone often works well for distance couples too!
Can I view examples of your work?
Yes, you may view examples online. One of the best parts about our website is that you can see nearly every wedding we shoot... not just the best images but all of them! usually over 1000 from each wedding. Most photographers just want to show you their "BEST IMAGES EVER" with ideal you will gain a ton of confidence with us as you look through gallery after gallery and realize why we have the reputation for the best!
I do not live in the Lake Geneva area - can I still book you to photograph our wedding?
Yes, we are available to photograph weddings throughout the world, but additional travel expenses will be incurred - travel costs quote available on request. We have been to over 29 countries.
Is an album included in the price?
Gold and Platinum package prices include an album as standard and upgrades are available at an additional cost.
What methods of payment do you accept?
CREDIT CARDS, PAYPAL, AND VENMO are accepted on the pricing and packages page next to the contract and agreement section.
Do we have to pay a deposit, are their any other payment policy's we should know?
Yes, a deposit of $500 upfront and another $500 within 45 days (or the $1000 all at once) is required to secure your wedding day. All deposits and payments are 100% non-refundable (regardless of circumstances and/or submission of contract etc.. please ask and questions and make all necessary decisions before making any payments) and due in full one week before the wedding date, in the event of a date change or wedding cancellation for any reason we will do whatever we can to work with you. Upon client cancellation of wedding within 6 months of date clients agree to paying 35% of total contracted fee. Within 3 months clients agree to 50% and within one month clients agree to 75%. If at any time you choose to cancel your wedding the minimum amount of $500 (silver), $750 (gold), and $1000 (platinum) will be expected as well as $500 minimum for any engagement sessions. You have one year to use any print credits with packages and they can only be applied towards website purchases (not albums); you also must place your album order within one year of your wedding date or their will be late fees.
Can I have black and white or sepia photographs?
Yes, all images can be made sepia and grayscale.
Can you produce coffee table style and magazine Wedding Books and how much do they cost?
Yes, this product is unique to each couple and prices start at $150.
Do you offer Parent's albums?
Yes, Parent's albums start at $150.
Do you sell Wedding Albums?
Yes, you will receive the rights to the images in full resolution with free downloads and are welcome to use any online source you would like to make your own album or we can make an album for you. We use Album Epoca who is considered to be the "mercedes" of the wedding world creating the finest albums on the planet. They are hand made Italian flush mount photographic albums.
Do you guarantee certain shots?
Yes, we encourage every couple to make a list of "MUST GET" moments or shots, however you need to assign someone (we call them a wrangler) who is close to the family to "CHECK OFF" the list as you go. Whether these are shots during the family session or shots throughout the day, we need you to take the responsibility to make a list and have someone be in charge. It isn't practical for us to guarantee getting a list of people we don't know and can't identify. There are several generic lists on the internet. These are a great place to start, but we recommend getting MUCH more specific by listing first and last names of everyone and possibly relationships etc..
Will you create a video or slideshow of life and growing up for us?
Yes, we would love to! If you want us to actually create the video it costs $350-$1000 depending on if we need to scan, crop, enhance, and format the images... You can do an announced show set to music show if you want, but we suggest you do not do this with one of our same day photofusion videos. You can give us images on a jump drive (or send a dropbox link) with the file names in order (001, 002, 003 etc...) all cropped and ready to go with the MP3 files and music.
