How do I book our wedding?

We will need a deposit to seal your date and eventually a contract... we prefer to meet in person but phone often works well for distance couples too! You can do this all online in less than 2 minutes by clicking HERE

Can I view examples of your work?

Yes, you may view examples online. One of the best parts about our website is that you can see nearly every wedding we shoot... not just the best images but all of them! usually over 1000 from each wedding. Most photographers just want to show you their "BEST IMAGES EVER" with ideal you will gain a ton of confidence with us as you look through gallery after gallery and realize why we have the reputation for the best!

 

I do not live in the Lake Geneva area  -  can I still book you to photograph our wedding?

Yes, we are available to photograph weddings throughout the world but additional travel expenses will be incurred  -  travel costs quote available on request, or the Double Platinum package pretty much covers everything!

 

Is an album included in the price?

Gold and Platinum package prices include an album as standard and upgrades are available at an additional cost.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

Checks, cash, and credit card payments through www.paypal.com or Square

 

Do we have to pay a deposit, are their any other payment policy's we should know?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your wedding day. All deposits and payments are 100% non-refundable (regardless of circumstances and/or submission of contract etc.. please ask and questions and make all necessary decisions before making any payments) and due in full one week before the wedding date, in the event of a date change or wedding cancellation for any reason we will do whatever we can to work with you. Upon client cancellation of wedding within 6 months of date clients agree to paying 35% of total contracted fee. Within 3 months clients agree to 50% and within one month clients agree to 75%. If at any time you choose to cancel your wedding the minimum amount of $500 (silver), $750 (gold), and $1000 (platinum) will be expected as well as $350 minimum for any engagement sessions. You have one year to use any print credits with packages and they can only be applied towards website purchases (not albums); you also must place your album order within one year of your wedding date or their will be late fees. You also may have noticed on the pricing page there is a $500 upgrade fee to have Ryan as your lead photographer. That fee is waived for Platinum packages.

 

Can I have black and white or sepia photographs?

Yes, all images can be made sepia and grayscale.

 

Can you produce coffee table style and magazine Wedding Books and how much do they cost?

Yes, this product is unique to each couple and prices start at $75.

 

Do you offer Parent's albums?

Yes, Parent's albums start at $75.

 

Do you sell Wedding Albums?

Do you guarantee certain shots?

Yes, we encourage every couple to make a list of "MUST GET" moments or shots, however you need to assign someone who is close to the family to "CHECK OFF" the list as you go. Whether these are shots during the family session or shots throughout the day, we need you to take the responsibility to make a list and have someone be in charge. It isn't practical for us to guarantee getting a list of people we don't know and can't identify. There are several generic lists on the internet. These are a great place to start, but we recomened getting MUCH more specific by listing first and last names of everyone and possibly relationships etc... Here is a good place to start.

 

Will you create a video or slideshow of life and growing up for us?

Yes, we would love to! The gold package includes a simple slideshow... but If you want us to actually creat the video it costs $350-$500 depending on if we need to scan, crop, enhance, and format the images... You can do an announced show set to music if you want, but we suggest you do not do this with one of our same day photofusion videos. So if you give us images on a jump drive with the file names in order (001, 002, 003 etc...) all cropped and ready to go with the MP3 files if you want them to music we will create a simple video for you at no charge... We just need this 4-6 weeks before your wedding with no exceptions please. If you ask us to do this within 2 weeks of your wedding there will be a $250 late fee. If we need to do any cropping, scanning, adjusting etc... There will be a minimum $350 charge. We cannot make ANY videos less than one week from your wedding day. You are welcome to make your own and show it using our screen and projector but we need you to clearly announce to your guests that you or someone else made the video.
